Join The Tatreez Collective for a hands-on evening exploring Tatreez, the traditional art of Palestinian embroidery.
In this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn about the history and cultural significance of Tatreez, discover some of the traditional motifs found across Palestine, and learn the basics of Palestinian cross-stitch embroidery.
You’ll then use these techniques to personalise a piece of your own clothing, creating something completely unique while learning a craft that has been passed down through generations.
No previous embroidery experience is needed — the workshop is completely beginner-friendly, and we’ll guide you step by step.
